OUR PHILOSOPHY A crisis can be an opportunity for learning proactive conflict management skills.
Crisis prevention begins by promoting an organizational norm of self-assessment for:
individual practitioners
crisis management team.
Through self-assessment, of their intervention styles, participants of Response Programs identify and then modify behaviors that contribute to the escalation of violence.
OUR GOAL To learn how to act in response to incidents rather than to react.
How to respond to a confrontation without being pulled-in emotionally -- to act professionally with clarity and dignity.
